DELIVERY

Q: How long will my kitchen delivery take?

A: Delivery for the Complete Kitchens, Carcasses & Worktops is within 14 days of placing the order. As the item comes direct from the warehouse, you will be contacted in writing or via the telephone to arrange a suitable delivery time.

If you are unsure please contact one of customer service representatives on 0208 363 7246, who will be happy to help.

Q: Can I choose a specific date for my delivery?

A: The warehouse will contact you to arrange and agree a convenient delivery date; this is normally within 72 hours of their expected delivery date.

Q: What if my delivery arrives damaged?

A: Contact our customer service team on 0208 363 7246 who will be able to arrange for the manufacturer to both collect and replace the damaged items.

Q: What if my delivery is late?

A: In the unlikely event that this is the case, we will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise. If the delivery has not arrived on the agreed delivery date please contact our customer service team on 0208 363 7244 who will be able to arrange for the warehouse to be contacted.



Returns/Damages

Q: My kitchen has arrived with 1 item damaged who do I contact?

A: If the damage is picked up at point of delivery the driver will organise a direct replacement over the phone there & then. If you pick up a damage after the driver has left please call one of our customer service representatives on 0208 363 7246 who will be able to arrange a next day replacement (Calls must be made before 12pm to guarantee this service)

Q: Is there a charge for returning a damaged kitchen?

A: If your kitchen is damaged through the fault of the warehouse or courier, there will normally be no charge. Therefore it is extremely important that you inspect the goods on delivery, before signing to confirm you accept the goods in the received condition.

Q: How do I set up a return?

A: Call one of our customer service representatives on 0208 363 7244 who will be able to start the return process for you.

Q: What if nobody has collected my kitchen on the agreed date?

A: In the minimal chance of this happening, please contact our customer service team, who will start the process of arranging an alternative collection.



Handles

Q: Are handles included with my kitchen?

A: Yes – The handle that will be included with your order is the one shown on the picture on the website and in the brochure. Should you require a different handle style please contact us on 0208 363 7244 after you place your order.



General

Q: What are the minimum order quantities?
A: The minimum order quantities are as follows:
  • Complete Kitchens = 8 units
  • Flat Pack Carcass = 6 units


Q: Do you install Kitchens?

A: As we provide essentially to the trade, we do not install the Kitchen. The premier range is available with installation just follow the link on the homepage.

Q: I’m not quite sure what I need to order can you help?

Q: Can I buy kitchen cabinet doors separately?

A: Unfortunately not, the Eco Kitchens range is only available as a complete range. If you require doors only, please click to the link for the premier range of kitchens.

Q: Where can I find the dimensions of a product?

A: Dimensions are available in the catalogue or on line. If you need any further help please call one of our customer service representatives on 0208 363 7246

Q: Do you have samples of products I can see before purchase?

A: We have door samples available – please call one of our customer service representatives on 0208 363 7246 to order

Q: I can’t get a good view of the kitchen – do you have a better image?

A: You can download larger images of the kitchens from our website and even brochures of the different styles along with instructions and specifications.
